摘 要:本文针对当前市面上食物垃圾处理器产品的多元化,选取了具有代表性的食物垃圾处理器进行电磁兼容测评研究。依据电磁兼容国家标准,对食物垃圾处理器进行了电磁骚扰和电磁抗扰度测试。结果表明,传导骚扰测试数据远超标准限值,骚扰功率测试数据也整体偏高。通过剖析产品的工作原理,对不合格的试验数据进行原因分析,发现在整机的拆解过程中产品内部未采取相关滤波和屏蔽措施,导致影响到整体测试结果。In view of the diversification of food waste disposers on the market,the paper selected the representative food waste disposers for electromagnetic compatibility to carry out evaluation and research.According to the national standards for electromagnetic compatibility,electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic immunity tests were conducted on food waste processors.The results showed that the data of interference test far exceeded the standard limit,and the data of interference power test was also generally high.By analyzing the working principles of products,the causes unqualified test data are analyzed.It was found that there were no relevant filtering and shielding measures inside the product during the disassembly of the whole machine,which affected the overall test results.
