摘 要:土壤中游离铁的测试方法有电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法、原子吸收分光光度法、比色法等。通过对比实验,发现三种方法各项指标均能满足检测要求,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定RSD=0.50%,相关系数为1.0000,流程更简单,检出限更低,线性范围更宽,精密度更高,准确度更好。本文指出,在实际检测生产中,采用DCB浸提-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法,既可确保结果准确可靠,又可大幅提高检测效率。该方法更适合大批量土壤样品中游离铁的测定。Test methods for free iron in soil include inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES),atomic absorption spectrophotometer(AAS),and colorimetry.Through comparative experiments,it was found that all the indexes of the three methods can meet the detection requirements.The RSD of ICP-OES was 0.50%and its correlation coefficient was 1.0000,with simpler process,lower detection limit,wider linear range,higher precision,and better accuracy.Therefore,DCB extraction-inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry not only can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the results,but also greatly improve the efficiency of practical detection and production.This method is more suitable for the determination of free iron in large quantities of soil samples.
