摘 要:高速电机试验平台是现代电机试验衍生出的先进成果。本文从设计依据、平台系统构架、控制系统技术特点、机械结构部分技术特点、数据采集部分技术特点和实现的试验项目6个部分论证了25000转高速电机试验平台的设计可行性。其中可实现的试验项目部分参照GB/T 18488.1—2015做了简要叙述,可完成温升试验、连续电动工作特性试验、电动最高工作转速测试等重要项目测试。该平台除满足一般类型高速电机正常试验工作外,还可将试验过程中产生的电力通过变频系统反馈至公用电网,对高速电机发展具有重要辅助作用。The high-speed motor test platform is an advanced result derived from modern motor tests.In this paper,the design feasibility of 25000-RPM high-speed motor test platform is demonstrated from six parts:design basis,platform system architecture,technical characteristics of control system,technical characteristics of mechanical structure,technical characteristics of data acquisition,and achievable test items.Among them,the achievable test items are briefly described with reference to GB/T 18488.1-2015,which include the temperature rise test,continuous electric working characteristic test,electric maximum working speed test,and other important items.The platform can not only meet the normal test work of general types of high-speed motors,but also feed back the power generated in the test process to the public power grid through the frequency conversion system,which plays an important supporting role in the development of high-speed motors.
