摘  要:本文概述了国际标准化组织金属及其他无机涂层技术委员会(ISO/TC 107)的工作现状和国际标准化进展。ISO/TC 107负责金属及其他无机涂层领域的标准化工作,包括涂层特性、制备方法、测试与检验以及基体材料预处理等方面。截至2024年4月,ISO/TC 107已颁布163项国际标准,推进中标准22项。这些标准主要分为涂层分类与命名、性能要求、制备方法与工艺以及检测与评定方法几类,其中检测与评定方法类标准数量最多,占比52%。中国在ISO/TC 107工作中表现积极,成果丰硕,颁布国际标准5项,推进中标准10项。此外,本文还分析了金属及无机涂层国际标准化工作的发展趋势,并提出工作建议。This paper provides an overview of the current work and international standardization progress of the ISO Technical Committee on Metallic and Other Inorganic Coatings(ISO/TC 107).ISO/TC 107 is responsible for standardization in the field of metallic and other inorganic coatings,covering aspects such as coating properties,preparation methods,testing and inspection,and pretreatment of substrate materials.As of April 2024,ISO/TC 107 has published 163 international standards,with 22 standards under development.These standards are mainly divided into several categories including coating classification and naming,performance requirements,preparation methods and process,as well as testing and evaluation methods.Among them,the number of standards for testing and evaluation methods is the largest,accounting for 52%.China has actively participated in the work of ISO/TC 107 and achieved fruitful results,with 5 international standards published and 10 standards under development.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the development trends of international standardization work of metallic and inorganic coatings,and proposes suggestions for future work.
