摘　　要：目的:评价右美托咪定麻醉在甲状腺肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取京东中美医院麻醉科2021年7月—2023年9月收治的甲状腺肿瘤手术患者100例作为观察对象,根据随机投掷法分为试验组与参照组,每组50例。参照组给予常规麻醉,试验组在参照组基础上给予右美托咪定麻醉。对比两组患者疼痛评分、恢复时间、全麻恢复期呛咳情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:术后6、24、48 h,试验组视觉模拟评分法评分均低于参照组(P<0.001);试验组气管拔管时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、麻醉恢复室停留时间均短于参照组(P<0.05);试验组全麻恢复期呛咳分级情况优于参照组,呛咳反应发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于参照组(P=0.014)。结论:右美托咪定在甲状腺肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果较好,可以减轻疼痛,促进术后恢复,减少全麻恢复期呛咳情况,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To evaluate the effect of dexmedetomidine anesthesia in patients with thyroid tumor surgery.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with thyroid tumor surgery admitted to the Department of Anesthesiology of Jingdong Zhongmei Hospital from July 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random throwing method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anesthesia,and the experimental group was given dexmedetomidine anesthesia based on the control group.The pain score,recovery time,coughing during the recovery period of general anesthesia and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:At 6,24 and 48 h after operation,the visual analogue scores of experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.001);tracheal extubation time,spontaneous respiration recovery time and postanesthesia care unit residence time of experimental group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05);the cough grade during the recovery period of general anesthesia of experimental group was better than that of control group,and the incidence of cough reaction was lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in test group was lower than that in reference group(P=0.014).Conclusion:The application of dexmedetomidine in patients with thyroid tumor surgery has a good effect,which can reduce pain,promote postoperative recovery,reduce cough during the recovery period of general anesthesia,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
