自拟健脾和胃汤联合十味大黄散、抗生素在混合痔外剥内扎术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟健脾和胃汤联合十味大黄散、抗生素在混合痔外剥内扎术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年9月—2023年10月芜湖市中医医院收治的混合痔外剥内扎术后患者100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组予以常规治疗(十味大黄散、抗生素),观察组在对照组基础上予以自拟健脾和胃汤治疗。比较两组术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Bristol粪便性状评分及切口愈合时间。结果:两组术后第2天VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第3、7天,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第3、4、5天,观察组Bristol粪便性状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组切口愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在常规治疗基础上采用健脾和胃汤治疗混合痔外剥内扎术后患者能减轻其术后疼痛,改善粪便性状,缩短切口愈合时间。Objective:To observe the application effect of Jianpi Hewei decoction combined with Shiwei Rhubarb powder and antibiotics on patients with mixed hemorrhoid after external stripping and internal ligature.Methods:A total of one hundred patients treated in Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to October 2023 after external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment(Shiwei Dahuang powder,antibiotics),and the observation group was given Jianpi Hewei decoction on the basis of the control group.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Bristol fecal trait score and incision healing time were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups on the second day after surgery(P>0.05);on the 3rd and 7th day after operation,VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 3rd,4th and 5th day after surgery,the Bristol fecal trait score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Incision healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,Jianpi Hewei decoction can reduce postoperative pain,improve fecal characteristics and shorten incision healing time for patients with mixed hemorrhoids after external stripping and internal ligature.
