血栓通胶囊联合生蒲黄汤治疗眼底出血的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析血栓通胶囊联合生蒲黄汤治疗眼底出血的效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年8月临沂市中医医院收治的眼底出血患者98例(单眼患病)为研究对象,随机分为试验组和参照组,各49例。两组均接受维生素C、肌苷片、芦丁片常规治疗,同时参照组采用血栓通胶囊治疗,试验组采用血栓通胶囊联合生蒲黄汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、视力、中医证候积分及纤溶指标[D-二聚体(D-D)和纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP)]。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组视力和中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组视力提高,中医证候积分降低,试验组视力高于参照组,中医证候积分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组D-D、FDP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组D-D、FDP水平降低,试验组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在维生素C、肌苷片、芦丁片常规治疗基础上,应用血栓通胶囊联合生蒲黄汤治疗眼底出血的效果较好,可改善患者视力,减轻临床症状,调节纤溶指标。Objective:To analyze the effect of Xueshuantong capsule combined with Shengpuhuang decoction on fundus hemorrhage.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with fundus hemorrhage(monocular disease)admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,with forty-nine cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment with vitamin C,inosine tablets and rutin tablets.At the same time,the reference group was treated with Xueshuantong capsule,and the experimental group was treated with Xueshuantong capsule combined with Shengpuhuang decoction.The therapeutic effect,visual acuity,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and fibrinolytic index[D-dimer(D-D)and fibrinogen degradation product(FDP)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual acuity and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the visual acuity of the two groups was improved,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score was decreased,the visual acuity of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in D-D and FDP levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of D-D and FDP in two groups were decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of the conventional treatment of vitamin C,inosine tablets and rutin tablets,Xueshuantong capsule combined with Shengpuhuang decoction has a good effect on the treatment of fundus hemorrh
