摘　　要：目的:探讨红景天治疗内囊预警综合征(CWS)的临床效果。方法:选取北京中医医院怀柔医院2021年4月—2023年8月收治的CWS患者86例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上予红景天水煎剂治疗。对比两组治疗效果、大脑中动脉血流及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。治疗前,两组大脑中动脉血流量、血流速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14 d后,两组大脑中动脉血流量、血流速度高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红景天治疗CWS的临床效果较好,可改善脑部血液供应,安全性佳。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of rhodiola rosea in the treatment of internal capsular early warning syndrome(CWS).Methods:A total of eighty-six CWS patients admitted to Huairou Hospital of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty-three cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Rhodiola rosea water decotion on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effect,middle cerebral artery blood flow and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cerebral arterial blood flow and blood flow velocity between the two groups(P>0.05);after 14 days of treatment,the cerebral arterial blood flow and blood flow velocity in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Rhodiola rosea has good clinical effect in the treatment of CWS,can improve the blood supply to the brain,and has good safety.
