摘　　要：目的:分析手术室细节护理在外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月于滨州医学院附属医院接受外科手术治疗的128例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组64例。对照组实施常规手术室护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施手术室细节护理。对比两组手术室护理风险事件发生率、应激指标及护理满意度。结果:观察组手术室护理风险事件发生率(4.69%)低于对照组(18.75%)(P=0.013)。入手术室时,两组心率、平均动脉压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);插管即刻、手术结束时,观察组心率、平均动脉压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:实施手术室细节护理可有效降低护理风险事件发生率,减少应激反应,提高护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of operating room detail nursing in surgical patients.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty-eight patients who received surgical treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with sixty-four cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing in operating room,and the observation group received detail nursing in operating room based on the control group.The incidence of risk events,stress index and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of operating room nursing risk events in observation group(4.69%)was lower than that in control group(18.75%)(P=0.013).On entering the operating room,there was no significant difference in heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);the heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group immediately after intubation and at the end of operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of detail nursing in operating room can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,reduce stress reaction and improve nursing satisfaction.
