综合性疼痛护理在新生儿侵入性操作中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析综合性疼痛护理在新生儿侵入性操作中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月滨州医学院附属医院收治的入住新生儿重症监护室的新生儿90例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合性疼痛护理。对比两组新生儿疼痛程度、新生儿面部编码系统评分、哭闹情况以及应激指标。结果:观察组侵入性操作时、操作后1 min、操作后2 min新生儿疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组新生儿面部编码系统评分低于对照组,哭闹开始时间、哭闹持续时间短于对照组(P<0.001);操作后3 min,两组心率升高,血氧饱和度降低,观察组心率低于对照组,血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合性疼痛护理可降低新生儿侵入性操作过程中的疼痛程度,缓解新生儿哭闹行为,减轻应激程度。Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive pain nursing in neonates undergoing invasive operation.Methods:A total of 90 neonates admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive pain nursing based on the control group.Pain degree,facial coding system score,crying and stress index were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain scores of neonates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during invasive operation,1 min after operation and 2 min after operation(P<0.001);the score of the facial coding system in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the onset time and duration of crying were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001);3 min after operation,the heart rate of the two groups increased and the blood oxygen saturation decreased,the heart rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive pain nursing can reduce the pain degree,relieve the crying behavior and relieve the stress degree of neonates during the invasive operation.
