摘　　要：目的:观察改良截石位预防前列腺电切术患者骶尾部压疮的效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2020年12月中铁阜阳医院收治的64例拟行前列腺电切术治疗的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各32例。两组均采用常规压疮预防护理,对照组术中采用传统截石位,试验组术中采用改良截石位。对比两组压疮发生率以及纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)评分。结果:试验组压疮发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039)。护理前,两组NSNS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组NSNS评分升高,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良截石位在预防前列腺电切术患者骶尾部压疮方面效果较好,可以降低压疮发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of improved lithotomy position on preventing sacrococcygeal pressure sore in patients undergoing electroprostatectomy.Methods:Sixty-four patients who were to undergo electroprostatectomy treated in China Railway Fuyang Hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with thirty-two cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine prevention and nursing of pressure sore.The control group was treated with traditional lithotomy and the experimental group was treated with improved lithotomy.The incidence of pressure ulcer and the Newcastle Nursing Satisfaction Scale(NSNS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcer in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.039).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in NSNS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the NSNS score of the two groups was increased,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improved lithotomy is effective in preventing sacrococcygeal pressure sores in patients with electroprostatectomy,which can reduce the incidence of pressure sores and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
