内构件结构对流态化过程影响规律研究

摘  要:采用CFD数值模拟的方法对流化床内部流场进行研究,研究了空床结构,指型管床结构和U型管床结构对气相流场分布的影响;研究了流化床反应器内构件对流化质量的影响。结果表明:在空床气速为0.4 m/s时,含指型管结构的流化床反应器,固含率最大值为0.53,床层在流化状态下的颗粒浓度处于一个波动的区间,在该区间下维持一个良好的状态,流化状态更加平稳,并且指型管结构有助于维持流化床的均匀性,使床层处于较高质量的流化状态。CFD numerical simulation was used to study the flow field inside the fluidized bed,and the effects of the empty bed structure,finger tube bed structure and U-shaped tube bed structure on the distribution of the gas-phase flow field were investigated;and the effects of the components inside the fluidized bed reactor on the fluidization quality were investigated.The results show that:at the air bed gas velocity of 0.4 m/s,the fluidized bed reactor with finger tube structure,the maximum value of solid content ratio is 0.53,the particle concentration of the bed in the fluidized state is in a fluctuating interval,and maintains a good state under the interval,and the fluidized state is more smooth,and the finger tube structure helps to maintain the homogeneity of the fluidized bed,so that the bed is in a higher quality of the fluidized state.
