摘  要:为了解决长距离高瓦斯掘进工作面掘进期间瓦斯涌出不均衡、瓦斯涌出量大的问题,通过研究发现瓦斯主要来源为本煤层截割落煤、长距离煤壁裸露释放和隐伏构造瓦斯包释放等,逐步探索出了掘进工作面瓦斯实验、瓦斯探查、瓦斯预抽、效果验证、大功率风机使用等成套瓦斯治理体系,建立了标准的半煤岩掘进工作面瓦斯治理操作流程,逐步解决了掘进工作面受制于瓦斯的难题,保证了高效掘进,并通过瓦斯实验数据,为下一步工作面回采瓦斯治理设计具有重要的指导意义,可以实现钻孔针对性精准设计,提高钻孔抽放效果,解决好回采期间瓦斯治理难题,有效保证矿井安全生产。In order to solve the problem of unbalanced gas emission and large amount of gas emission during long distance high gas heading face,it is found that the main source of gas is the cutting and falling coal of the coal seam,the long-distance exposed coal wall and the hidden structure gas packet,a complete set of gas control system,such as gas experiment,gas detection,gas pre-extraction,effect verification,high-power fan application,has been gradually explored,the standard gas control operation flow of semi-coal and rock heading face has been established,which has gradually solved the difficult problem that the heading face is restricted by the gas,and ensured the high-efficiency driving,it has important guiding significance for the design of gas control in the next working face,which can realize the targeted and precise design of borehole,improve the effect of borehole drainage,and solve the difficult problem of gas control during the mining period,effectively ensure the safety of mine production.
