摘 要:在堤防护坡工程中,混凝土六棱体预制块具有结构稳定、施工简便、耐久性好、施工迅速等优点,但由于河堤坡面较陡,施工空间区域受限、地形复杂,运输装配困难,且人工砂浆勾缝效率低、成本高、质量保证率差,针对上述难点,本文通过研究应用新型预制混凝土六棱块装卸吊篮装置和护坡衬砌砂浆勾缝装置,解决了装配困难和勾缝效率低问题,在保证施工安全和质量的情况下,大大提升了混凝土六棱体预制块护坡施工效率。In the dike revetment project,the hexagonal precast concrete blocks have advantages such as structural stability,simple construction,good durability,and rapid installation.However,due to the steep slope of the riverbank,limited construction space,and complex terrain,transportation and assembly are difficult.Additionally,manual mortar jointing is inefficient,costly,and has a low quality assurance rate.To address these challenges,this article studies and applies a new precasthexagonal concrete blocks loading and unloading basket device as well as a revetment lining mortar jointing device.These solutions address the issues of assembly difficulties and low jointing efficiency,significantly improving the construction efficiency of hexagonal precast concrete blocks slope protection while ensuring construction safety and quality.
