摘 要:微振动的控制对保证精密工程结构的质量至关重要,对某拟建芯片厂房拟建场地及地面交通的微振动进行响应测试与分析,为工程选址及结构设计提供建设性意见。结果表明:交通主干线西沣南路地面交通引起的主厂房振动均能满足VC-D、VC-B标准,在频域上主要集中在2.5 Hz(主导)、40~50 Hz两个附近。该结果可为其他精密工程结构的选址和防微振设计提供参考。The control of microvibration is essential to ensure the quality of precision engineering structures.The micro-vibration response test and analysis of a proposed chip factory site and ground traffic were carried out to provide constructive suggestions for project site selection and structural design.The results show that the vibration of the main building caused by the ground traffic on Xifeng South Road can meet the VC-D and VC-B standards,and in the frequency domain,it is mainly concentrated in the vicinity of 2.5 Hz(dominant)and 40~50 Hz.The results can provide reference for other precision engineering structure location and anti-vibration design.
