摘  要:对碳纳米管/SBS复合改性沥青制备工艺过程中的碳纳米管添加工艺与碳纳米管掺量进行研究,结果显示,溶液共混及机械共混的制备工艺有助于碳纳米管材料在SBS改性沥青中分散,同时,CNTs的掺量应控制在0.5%以内。路用性能研究表明,碳纳米管/聚合物复合改性沥青相较于单独的CNTs改性沥青和SBS改性沥青,能发挥更好的改性作用。这种复合改性可以有效提升改性沥青的高温抗车辙性能和疲劳性能。本研究为碳纳米管在沥青路面工程中的应用提供了理论依据和实践指导。This paper studies the carbon nanotubes addition process and carbon nanotubes doping in the preparation process of carbon nanotubes/SBS composite modified asphalt,the research results show that the preparation process of solution blending and mechanical blending can help the carbon nanotubes material dispersion in SBS modified asphalt,at the same time,the doping of CNTs should be controlled.The results of the study showed that the preparation process of solution blending and mechanical blending could help the dispersion of CNTs in SBS modified bitumen.On this basis,the road performance research results of composite carbon nanotubes/polymer modification show that composite carbon nanotubes/polymer modification can perform better than individual CNTs modification and SBS modified asphalt.Modification can effectively and significantly improve the high temperature anti-rutting performance and fatigue performance of modified asphalt.
