摘 要:以草酸二甲酯为原料,甲醇钠作为催化剂,一步法制备碳酸二甲酯。考察催化剂用量、反应时间以及反应温度对脱羰基催化反应效果的影响。结果表明:当催化剂用量为4%(质量分数),反应时间为4 h,反应温度为110~120℃时,脱羰基反应效果最优,此时草酸二甲酯的转化率及碳酸二甲酯的选择性都可达99%以上。通过正交实验分析,证明反应温度是影响脱羰基反应的最重要因素。甲醇钠脱羰基法制备碳酸二甲酯,步骤简单、条件温和、产品收率高,是合成碳酸二甲酯一条切实可行的工艺路线。Dimethyl carbonate was prepared by one step method using dimethyl oxalate as raw material and sodium methanol as catalyst.The effects of catalyst dosage,reaction time and reaction temperature on the effect of decarbonylation were investigated.The results show that when the catalyst content is 4%(mass ratio),the reaction time is 4 h,and the reaction temperature is 110~120℃,the decarbonylation effect is the best.In this case,the conversion of dimethyl oxalate and the selectivity of dimethyl carbonate can reach more than 99%.Through orthogonal analysis,it is proved that reaction temperature is the most important factor affecting the decarbonylation reaction.Decarbonylation of dimethyl carbonate by sodium methanol is a feasible route for the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate with simple steps,mild conditions and high yield.
