摘  要:中药难溶活性成分存在溶解度低、生物利用度低等问题,限制了其临床应用。纳米混悬剂由药物与稳定剂组成,其制备过程不借助载体材料,无需将药物溶解至辅料中,具有载药量高、分散度高、制备工艺简单等优点,可有效改善中药难溶活性成分溶解度,解决其递送难题。本文对中药难溶活性成分纳米混悬剂的研究进行综述,为临床开发和应用提供参考。The low solubility and low bioavailability of the insoluble active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine limit their clinical application.Nanosuspension is composed of drug and stabilizer,and its preparation process does not use carrier materials,and does not need to dissolve drugs into excipients.It has the advantages of high drug load,high dispersion,simple preparation process,etc.,which can effectively improve the solubility of insoluble active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine and solve its delivery problems.In this paper,the research of nanosuspension of insoluble active components of traditional Chinese medicine was reviewed to provide reference for clinical development and application.
