摘 要:压裂过程产生大量复杂的压裂返排液,处理这些液体颇具挑战。硼,一种微量元素,以硼酸和硼酸盐的形式存在于水溶液中,对生态环境有潜在影响。精确测量压裂返排液中残留硼的含量对于消除其负面影响、促进处理后液体的再利用具有重要意义。本研究采用甘露醇酸碱中和滴定法,结合甲基红-溴甲酚绿及酚酞乙醇混合指示剂,对压裂返排液中的硼含量进行测定。实验结果显示,实际样品的加标回收率为99.60%~100.50%,标准偏差约为1%,表明该方法准确可靠。The fracturing process generates a significant volume of complex flowback fluids,which pose considerable challenges for treatment.Boron,a trace element present in aqueous solutions as borate and boric acid,can have potential impacts on the ecological environment.Accurate measurement of residual boron content in flowback fluids is crucial for mitigating its adverse effects and facilitating the reuse of treated liquids.This study employs the mannitol acid-base neutralization titration method,utilizing a mixed indicator of methyl red,bromothymol blue,and phenol red in ethanol,to determine the boron content in hydraulic fracturing flowback fluids.The experimental results indicate a recovery rate of 99.60%to 100.50%for actual samples,with a standard deviation of approximately 1%,demonstrating the accuracy and reliability of this method.
