摘  要:工艺管线、管线支架、电缆托架支架等的一体化建造从工期、成本等多方面极大促进了海洋石油平台建造效率与质量。一体化建造的实施受方案设计、图纸材料匹配下发、散件预制与安装进度多重因素影响。本文简述一体化建造流程与各关键控制因素,结合具体工程项目做好一体化实施过程中各专业、各工序的有效衔接,并针对性总结出良好施工实践。The integrated construction of process pipelines,pipeline supports,cable tray supports and so on greatly promotes the construction efficiency and quality of offshore oil platforms from the aspects of construction period,cost and so on.The implementation of integrated construction is affected by multiple factors such as scheme design,drawing material matching and distribution,support parts fabrication and installation progress.This paper briefly describes the integrated construction process and key control factors,combines with specific engineering projects to effectively connect various professions and processes in the integrated implementation process,and summarizes good construction practices.
