摘  要:精细化工项目中的生产车间,大多数需设置室内钢质平台,且与主体建筑完全独立设计建造。作为连接钢质平台和主体建筑的封闭楼梯间就涉及建筑缝隙并防火封堵的问题,此时的防火封堵位置独特,重要性显著,是构造设计的关键所在。防火封堵是重要的被动防火措施,已经过历史的检验,对防止火灾蔓延至封闭楼梯间内(火灾时的安全区域)有重要的作用。化工厂房内使用的防火封堵材料及组件除需满足防火封堵的要求外,生产车间涉及腐蚀性、易燃易爆物质时,还需满足耐腐蚀、不产生静电等独特要求,论文从实际项目出发有针对性地设计构造做法。Most production workshops in fine chemical projects require indoor steel platforms and are designed and constructed completely independently of the main building.As a closed staircase connecting the steel platform and the main building,it involves the issue of building gaps and fire sealing.At this time,the fire sealing position is unique and significant,which is the key to structural design.Fire sealing is an important passive fire prevention measure that has been historically tested and plays an important role in preventing fires from spreading to enclosed stairwells(safe areas during fires).The fireproof sealing materials and components used in chemical plants not only need to meet the requirements of fireproof sealing,but also need to meet unique requirements such as corrosion resistance and no static electricity generation when the production workshop involves corrosive and flammable substances.This paper is a targeted design and construction approach starting from actual projects.
