摘 要:原油储罐罐底沉积物难以处理,且有机沉积物占比较大。对比原油清罐常用两种方式的优缺点,机械清罐更符合安全、健康、环保等方面的要求。结合工程实际,详细介绍了原油储罐机械清罐的主要设备、清罐工序。对于清罐污油,考虑到企业实际情况,采用了原油掺炼和焦化掺炼结合的处置方法,降低常减压掺炼风险,缓解重污油储存压力。实际操作过程中,存在清罐设备能力不足、人员管理困难的问题,应考虑提前准备,加强管理,并采取更优的清罐方案。The bottom sediment of crude oil tank is difficult to deal with,and the organic sediment accounts for a large proportion.Compared with the two common cleaning ways,mechanical cleaning is more in line with the requirements of safety,health,environmental.Combined with the engineering practice,the main equipment and process of mechanical cleaning are introduced in detail.Taking into account the actual situation of the enterprise,we blend cleaning oil with crude oil and the ingredients of delayed coking unit to reduce the risk and relieve the storage pressure of dirty oil.In the actual operation process,there are problems of insufficient capacity of cleaning equipment and difficult management of personnel,so we should consider preparing in advance,strengthening management,and adopting a better cleaning plan.
