摘　　要：由于山东省某经济区内约13 km^(2)区域被省政府认定为化工产业园,部分搬迁至该经济区的企业因有提前投产计划,原经济区污水处理厂不能满足提前投产企业的废水处理需求,且该园区新配套污水处理厂建设滞后,因此原污水处理厂亟需扩容改造。扩容改造工程采用“预曝气调节池+A/O生化池+二沉池+溶气气浮池+活性炭过滤”组合工艺,该工艺运行高效稳定,出水水质达到设计标准,且符合《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。An area of 13 km^(2) in an economic zone of Shandong Province has been identified as a chemical industrial park by the government.Some of the enterprises relocated to the economic zone want to produce ahead of schedule,but the sewage treatment plant in the original economic zone cannot meet the wastewater treatment needs of the enterprises.Moreover,due to the lagging construction of the new sewage treatment plant in the park,the original sewage treatment plant urgently needs to be expanded and renovated.The expansion and renovation project adopted the combined process of"pre-aeration regulating tank+A/O biochemical tank+secondary sedimentation tank+dissolved gas floating tank+activated carbon filtration".The process was efficient and stable,and the water quality of effluent met the design standard.In addition,it met the Grade A standard of“Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewatertreatment plant”(GB 18918—2002).
