摘 要:镀锌板材在钝化过程中产生大量含铬污泥,严重影响企业的清洁化生产。本文以某钢厂含铬污泥为原料用于制备高碳铬铁合金。结果表明,采用碳化法利用含铬污泥可以直接制备出符合国标的高碳铬铁合金,且铬回收率最高可以达到93%以上。随配碳量的增加,铬的回收率呈先升高后降低的趋势,随钙基脱硫剂的增加,合金中S含量呈先降低后升高的趋势;较为适宜的制备工艺为:当配碳量为1.4:1、钙基脱硫剂用量为含铬污泥质量的15%时,能够得到铬品位61.27%的国标高碳铬铁合金,此时铬回收率可以达到93.43%。The passivation process of galvanized sheet metal generates a large amount of chromium containing sludge,which seriously affects the clean production of enterprises.In this paper,chromium-containing sludge from a steel plant was used as raw material to prepare high-carbon ferrochrome alloy.The results show that using carbonization method to utilize chromium containing sludge can directly prepare high carbon chromium iron alloys that meet national standards,and the highest chromium recovery rate can reach over 93%.With the increase of carbon content,the recovery rate of chromium shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.With the increase of calcium based desulfurizer,the S content in the alloy shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.The more suitable preparation process is.When the carbon content is 1.4:1 and the dosage of calcium-based desulfurizer is 15%of the mass of chromium-containing sludge,the national standard high-carbon ferrochrome alloy with chromium grade of 61.27%can be obtained,and the chromium recovery rate can reach 93.43%.
