摘  要:目的:对抗生素微生物检定法测定红霉素肠溶片的含量进行不确定度分析。方法:依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059.1—2012),建立数学模型,确定影响不确定性的因素。结果:测量不确定度的扩展不确定度为U=1.01%(k=2)。结论:测量结果显示测量不确定度主要来源为标准品称重和仪器引入的不确定度,其次为标准品和供试品的稀释体积,应从以上4个操作过程加强控制,以减少试验误差。Objective:Uncertainty analysis in measurement of the erythromycin enteric-coated tablets content by microbiological test meth-od of antibiotics.Methods:According to the assessment and Presentation of Measurement uncertainty(JJF1059.1—2012),mathematical modelling,a mathematical model is established to find out the factors affecting the uncertainty,identify the factors affecting the uncertainty.Results:The extend-ed uncertainty of measurement uncertainty is U=1.01%(k=2).Conclusion:The measurement results show that the measurement uncertainty is the standard weighing and the uncertainty introduced by the instrument,followed by the dilution volume of standard and test article,control should be strengthened from the above 4 operation processes to reduce the test error.
