摘  要:空气中的尘埃和沙粒等在高速气流的作用下将对发动机蜂窝组件等造成严重的冲蚀,同时盐雾、酸雨等腐蚀性液体也会对蜂窝组件产生腐蚀。冲蚀与腐蚀的耦合作用导致蜂窝组件不可逆损伤,并严重影响其服役寿命。为解决冲蚀与腐蚀的耦合损伤,文章开展了国产化无机铝涂层的研制及性能评价,研制的涂层材料结合强度≥70 MPa、中性盐雾腐蚀>2500 h、抗冲刷性能≥11.8 L/μm,相关指标达到了国外同类先进材料水平。Dust and sand particles will cause serious erosion of the engine honeycomb components under the action of high-speed airflow.Meanwhile,corrosive liquids will also corrode the honeycomb components,such as salt spray,acid rain,etc.The coupled effect of erosion and corrosion leads to irreversible damage to honeycomb components and severely affects their service life.In order to solve the problem of coupled damage of erosion and corrosion,the article carries out the development of inorganic aluminum coating and its performance research.The bonding strength of the coating material is≥70 MPa.the resistance to neutral salt spray corrosion is more than 2500 hours.The resistance of erosion is not less than 11.8 L/μm.All indicators reach the same level as abroad.
