摘  要:本文基于海底管线3LPE防腐涂敷施工管理进行深入研究,针对海底管线在海洋环境中的腐蚀问题,采取多种具体的方法和措施,对钢管表面进行严格的预处理,包括清洁、除锈和干燥等步骤,以确保涂层与基材的附着力;优化加热工艺,通过精确控制温度和时间,确保涂层材料充分熔融并均匀涂敷于管线上;改进涂层施工流程,提高涂层的厚度和均匀性;对管端进行特殊处理,以防止防腐涂层在管道连接处出现缺陷。通过这些改进措施,防腐涂层的附着力提高30%,涂层厚度均匀性提高25%,防腐性能提高40%,有效提高了海底管线的使用寿命。This paper is based on an in-depth study on the construction management of 3LPE anti-corrosion coating of submarine pipelines,and adopts a variety of specific methods and measures to carry out strict pretreatment on the surface of steel pipes,including cleaning,rust removal and drying,to ensure the adhesion between the coating and the substrate;Optimize the heating process,ensure that the coating material is fully melted and evenly coated on the pipeline through precise control of temperature and time;Improve the coating construction process,and improve the thickness and uniformity of the coating;Special treatment is applied to the pipe end to prevent defects in the anti-corrosion coating at the pipe joint.Through these improvement measures,the adhesion of the anti-corrosion coating is increased by 30%,the uniformity of the coating thickness is increased by 25%,and the anti-corrosion performance is increased by 40%,which effectively improves the service life of the submarine pipeline.
