摘 要:随着天然气行业迅猛发展,自动化仪表在天然气集输系统中的应用日益广泛。自动化仪表准确性和可靠性对于保障天然气集输过程的安全、高效至关重要。本文旨在分析天然气集输过程中常见自动化仪表安全可靠性,通过探讨压力仪表、温度仪表、流量仪表及液位仪表等关键自动化仪表的工作原理、常见故障及其影响因素,提出提高自动化仪表安全可靠性的有效策略,旨在保障天然气集输系统的稳定、高效运行,对预防潜在的安全风险具有重要意义。With the rapid development of the natural gas industry,the application of automation instruments in natural gas gathering and transportation systems is becoming increasingly widespread.The accuracy and reliability of automated instruments are crucial for ensuring the safe-ty and efficiency of natural gas gathering and transportation processes.This article aims to analyze the safety and reliability of common automation instruments in natural gas gathering and transportation processes.By exploring the working principles,common faults,and influencing factors of key automation instruments such as pressure instruments,temperature instruments,flow instruments,and liquid level instruments,effective strategies to improve the safety and reliability of automation instruments are proposed.The aim is to ensure the stable and efficient operation of natural gas gathering and transportation systems,and to prevent potential safety risks,which is of great significance.
