摘　　要：随着信息技术的不断进步,工业智能化已成为未来工业发展的主要方向。管控一体化系统作为信息技术发展的重要成果,通过综合应用物联网、大数据、云存储等先进技术,有效提升了企业的生产效益和管理效率,降低了生产过程中的安全事故概率。本文分析管控一体化在现代化工厂中的应用,探讨其带来的经济效益和安全效益,为企业的信息化建设和智能化改造提供参考。With the continuous advancement of information technology,industrial intelligence has become the main direction of future industrial development.The integrated management and control system,as an important result of information technology development,effectively improves the production efficiency and management efficiency of enterprises by integrating advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and cloud storage.This paper analyzes the application of integrated management and control in modern factories and discusses the economic and safety benefits it brings.It provides reference for enterprise information construction and intelligent transformation.
