双氧水生产过程中的安全及有害因素研究

摘　　要：双氧水作为一种重要的化工原料,在纺织、造纸、医药等行业有广泛应用。但由于其强氧化性和不稳定性,在生产过程中存在诸多安全隐患和有害因素。本文从加强双氧水生产安全管理的意义出发,系统分析了生产过程中存在的主要安全隐患和有害因素,包括双氧水的氧化特性、泄漏扩散风险、化学毒害和职业危害等,并针对性地提出了完善安全生产管理制度、加强设备设施检修维护、做好员工安全教育培训、建立健全应急救援体系等对策建议,以期为双氧水生产企业的安全管理提供参考。Hydrogen peroxide,as an important chemical raw material,is widely used in textile,paper making,medicine and other indus-tries.However,due to its strong oxidation and instability,there are many safety risks and harmful factors in the production process.Based on the significance of strengthening the safety management of hydrogen peroxide production,this paper systematically analyzes the main safety risks and harmful factors in the production process,including the oxidation characteristics of hydrogen peroxide,leakage and diffusion risk,chemical toxici-ty and occupational hazards,and proposes to improve the safety production management system,strengthen the maintenance of equipment and facil-ities,make staff safety education and training,establish and improve the emergency rescue system,in order to provide reference for the safety man-agement of hydrogen peroxide production enterprises.
