摘  要:压缩空气储能是实施规模化电力存储的关键技术之一。压缩空气储能注采井(以下简称“注采井”)普遍具有“地层温度低、井眼及套管尺寸大、固井长期封隔质量要求高”等特点。通过开展低温高活性水泥浆体系关键材料研究,优选出了高性能早强材料DRA-1L、膨胀增韧材料DRE-3S,形成了适用于注采井固井的盐水型低温高活性水泥浆体系1套,工程性能良好,低温30℃以下起强度时间小于10 h,24 h抗压强度大于14 MPa,强度发展快,最终强度高,结合大尺寸套管固井针对性技术对策,解决了大尺寸注采井固井顶替效率不高、水泥石低温强度发展慢、抗压强度低等问题。该项技术成功应用于湖北云应盆地压缩空气储能项目注采井表层套管及生产套管固井,固井质量合格率100%,优质率大于95%,保障了该项目的顺利实施,同时对低温大尺寸井眼条件下固井质量的提升具有良好的借鉴意义。Compressed air energy storage is one of the key technologies for large-scale power storage.Compressed air energy storage injection-production wells(hereinafter referred to as"injection-production wells")generally have the characteristics of"low formation temperature,large hole and casing size,and high quality requirements for long-term sealing of cementing",and so on.By conducting research on key materials of low temperature and high activity cement slurry system,the high performance early strength material DRA-1L and expansion toughening material DRE-3S were selected,and a set of saltwater low temperature and high activity cement slurry system suitable for cementing injection and production wells was formed with good engineering performanc.At low temperature of 30℃,the strength time is less than 10 h,and the compressive strength is greater than 14 MPa for 24 h.The strength develops rapidly and the final strength is high.Combined with the specific technical countermeasures for large-size casing cementing,the problems of large-size injection and production wells with low cementing displacement efficiency,slow development of low-temperature strength of cement and low compressive strength are solved.The successful application of this technology has been applied to cementing surface casing and production casing of injection and production wells in Hubei Yunying Basin compressed air energy storage project.The qualified rate of cementing quality is 100%,and the quality rate is greater than 95%,which ensures the smooth implementation of the project,and has good reference significance for the improvement of cementing quality under the condition of low temperature and large size hole.
