摘 要:油泥是石油开采、加工、储存和运输过程中产生的副产品,会造成能源的浪费和严重的环境污染。开展了采用CO_(2)溶解与负压析出法对油泥高附加值资源化处理研究,通过CO_(2)气泡的膨胀作用将固相表面的油分进行剥离。分析对比在不同工况下油分的回收率,结果表明:采用CO_(2)溶解与负压析出相结合法可回收78.87%的油分;最佳的温度、排气压力、油泥和水质量比、搅拌转速和处理时间工况分别为70℃、20 kPa、1:7、700 r/min和30 min。Oil-containing sludge is a by-product of oil extraction,processing,storage and transportation,which can cause energy waste and serious environmental pollution.The study of high value-added resource treatment of oil sludge by CO_(2) dissolution and negative pressure precipitation was carried out,in which the oil on the surface of the solid phase was stripped off by the expansion of CO_(2) bubbles.The results show that the combination of water-enhanced CO_(2) dissolution and negative-pressure precipitation can recover 73.5%of the oil,which is better than the traditional water washing method;The optimal temperature,exhaust pressure,sludge and water mass ratio,stirring speed,and processing time are 70℃,20 kPa,1:7,700 r/min,and 30 min,respectively.
