摘  要:有机硅胶粘剂凭借其耐高温、耐辐射、耐溶剂性能被广泛应用于航天航空、电子封装、建筑密封等领域,然而内聚力较小,粘附差,导致胶粘强度较低,限制其工业应用。通过化学改性,可以对胶粘剂进行补强,可以有效改善胶粘剂性能。市面常见的主要是有机硅改性环氧树脂、丙烯酸酯和聚氨酯等,引入有机硅材料的优异性能,制备得到功能性胶粘剂。本文简单的介绍有机硅材料的常用制备方法以及几种常用有机硅改性胶粘剂。Silicone adhesives are widely used in aerospace,electronics encapsulation,building sealing and other fields by virtue of their high temperature resistance,radiation resistance,solvent resistance,however,the cohesion is small,poor adhesion,resulting in low adhesive strength,limiting its industrial applications.Through chemical modification,the adhesive can be reinforced,can effectively improve the performance of the adhesive,the market is common mainly silicone modified epoxy resin,acrylate and polyurethane,etc,the introduction of silicone materials,the excellent performance of the preparation of functional adhesives obtained.The common preparation methods of silicone materials and several commonly used silicone modified adhesives were introduced.
