摘 要:2.0μm波段激光在军事、遥感、医疗等领域具有重要应用价值。文章以95SiO_(2)-4.5Al_(2)O_(3)-0.5Tm_(2)O_(3)为配方,通过将溶胶凝胶法和高温熔融法,成功制备了掺铥石英玻璃样品,并测试了样品的物理及光谱性能,计算了相关参数指标。玻璃的密度为2.307 g/cm^(3),1900 nm处的折射率为1.4415,铥离子掺杂浓度为3.60×10^(-19)cm^(-3),794 nm处的吸收截面为1.747×10^(-19)cm^(2),2.0μm处的透过率为85.5%,1850 nm处的发射截面为6.07×10^(-20)cm^(2),荧光寿命为370μs,羟基含量为1.57×10^(18)cm^(-3),光谱性能良好,相关方法及结果为掺杂石英玻璃的制备提供了技术路线。2.0μm-band lasers have important application value in military,remote sensing,medical and other fields.Tm^(3+)-doped silica glass samples were successfully prepared by sol-gel and high-temperature melting methods with 95SiO_(2)-4.5Al_(2)O_(3)-0.5Tm^(2)O_(3)as the formula.The physical and spectral properties of the glass samples were tested and relevant parameters were calculated.The density of glass was 2.307 g/cm,refractive index at 1900 nm was 1.4415,thulium ion doping concentration was 3.60×10^(-19)cm^(-3),absorption cross-section at 794 nm was 1.747×10^(-19)cm^(2),transmittance at 2.0μm was 85.5%,emission cross-section at 1850 nm was 6.07×10^(-20)cm^(2),fluorescence lifetime was 370μs,and hydroxyl content was 1.57×10^(18)cm^(-3).The related methods and results provided a technology roadmap for the preparation of doped silica glass.
