摘 要:为了提高膜生物反应器中膜的安装和更换效率,中空纤维膜在使用前通常先被制成膜元件,再组装成膜组件,以膜组件的形式安装在膜生物反应器中。然而,工程上制作处理大水量的中空纤维膜元件的设备并不适合制作实验室研究所需的处理水量较小的膜元件。为满足实验室研究对中空纤维膜元件的需求,本研究探讨了一种利用商用聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维丝制作小型束式中空纤维膜元件的方法,成功制作出可快速组装和拆卸的中空纤维膜元件。该小型中空纤维膜元件具有制作方法简单、成本低廉、封装效果好、成功率高,可根据实际情况灵活控制膜元件规模等优点。为研究膜污染机理使用的实验室规模膜分离系统提供了一种膜元件制作的新方法和新思路。In order to improve the efficiency of membrane installation and replacement in membrane bioreactors,hollow fiber membranes are usually made into membrane elements before used,and then assembled to form membrane modules,which are installed in membrane bioreactors.However,the equipment for making hollow fiber membrane elements which are used to treat large amounts of water in engineering is not suitable for making membrane elements that handle small amounts of water required for laboratory research.In order to meet the needs of laboratory research on hollow fiber membrane elements,a method for making small bundle hollow fiber membrane elements using commercial polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber filaments was explored,and hollow fiber membrane elements which could be quickly assembled and disassembled were successfully produced.The hollow fiber membrane element had the advantages of simple production method,low cost,good packaging effect and high success rate,and can flexibly control the size of the membrane element according to the actual situation.New method and new idea for the preparation of membrane elements for the laboratory-scale membrane separation system used to study the membrane fouling mechanism were provided.
