摘 要:含有乙醇的化妆品,会刺激人体皮肤。而花露水中乙醇含量高达70%~75%。本研究依据《化妆品安全技术规范》指导原则,建立了花露水中乙醇含量测定方法,详实地对该方法学进行考察,并对不同品牌花露水中乙醇含量进行测定。结果表明,该方法专属性好,准确性高、稳定性好、重复性好;线性范围为0.5%~12%,线性方程为y=209.68x-66.147(R=0.9994),检测限为0.005%,回收率为97.39%~100.08%。该方法为科学测定花露水中乙醇含量提供理论依据,也为消费者权益的维护提供了科学保障。Cosmetics containing ethanol can irritate human skin.However,florida water has up to 70%~75%ethanol content.Based on the guidelines of Technical Specification for Cosmetic Safety,we developed a method for determining the ethanol content in florida water in this study.We then examined the methodology in detail.And the ethanol content in various brands of florida water were also calculated.The outcomes demonstrated that this method had good specificity,high accuracy,stability and reproducibility;the linear range was 0.5%~12%,the linear equation was y=209.68x-66.147(R=0.9994),the detection limit was 0.005%,and the recoveries were 97.39%~100.08%.This technique offered a theoretical foundation for determining the amount of ethanol present in florida water scientifically,as well as a scientific assurance for the protection of consumer rights.
