摘  要:利用Aspen软件模拟精馏技术分离模型木醋液中的有机物,选定热力学模型(NRTL)、建立四塔连续精馏操作模型并确定其基本操作参数;对精馏塔分离控制优化的过程进行研究分析,探讨了回流比、塔顶总采出摩尔流率和底液摩尔流率对产物纯度的影响;结果表明在一定进料下摩尔回流比分别为3.6、12.6、5.6和3.6时,乙酸、甲基环戊烯醇酮、苯酚和正二十四烷等有机物的纯度分别都在99%以上。Aspen software was used to simulate distillation technology to separate the organic matter in the model wood vinegar.A thermodynamic model(NRTL)was selected.An operational model of four columns performing continuous distillation was developed,and the process was simulated and run using Aspen Plus to determine its basic operating parameters.The process of separation control optimization of the distillation column was studied and analyzed using Aspen plus software,and the effects of reflux ratio,total extracted molar flow rate at the top of the column and molar flow rate at the bottom liquid on the product purity were investigated.The results showed that the purity of acetic acid,methyl cyclopentenolone,phenol and n-tetracosane were above 99%at molar reflux ratios of 12.6,5.6 and 3.6,respectively,for a given feed.
