摘  要:大熊猫是我国特有的珍稀保护动物,为研究大熊猫主食竹营养成分的化学组成,采用理化实验对五种较为常见的大熊猫主食竹及其粪便中的蛋白质和黄酮含量进行测定分析,发现粪便中的蛋白质含量高于竹子中蛋白质含量,可见,人工饲养的大熊猫,蛋白质不止来源于竹子。本研究通过对这五种主食竹和大熊猫粪便中蛋白质和黄酮含量的测定,分析更有益于大熊猫生理生活的竹子,为大熊猫养殖提供学术参考价值。Giant pandas are endemic rare protected animals in China.In order to study the chemical composition of the nutrients of the staple food bamboo of giant pandas,physicochemical experiments were used on the five more common staple food bamboo of giant pandas and its feces in the determination of protein and flavonoids content of analysis.Results found that the protein content of feces was higher than that of the protein content of the bamboo.It can be seen that,artificial rearing pandas,the protein was not only derived from the bamboo.Through the determination of protein and flavonoid content in these five kinds of staple bamboos and giant panda feces,the bamboos was analyzed,it was more beneficial to the physiological life of giant pandas,and academic reference value for giant panda breeding was provided.
