摘  要:对某铝制件厂废水进行分类调查:含油废水、高悬浮物废水、难降解废水等,对原水进行监测并进行物化反应和芬顿氧化实验等,确定工程设计方案,含乳化液废水先进行隔油破乳反应,然后与脱模剂废水一并先进入混凝气浮,喷漆废水、研磨等先进入混凝沉淀后进入气浮,然后与硅烷和电泳清洗水一并进入芬顿氧化反应,在经高效介质过滤和碳滤后达标排放。项目设计处理能力8 t/h,运行成本为3.06元/t废水,项目实际运行效果较好,对类似项目有较好的参考意义。The wastewater of an aluminum parts factory was classified and investigated:oily wastewater,high suspended solids wastewater,refractory wastewater,etc.The raw water was monitored and physicochemical reactions and Fenton oxidation experiments were carried out,and the engineering design scheme was determined,and the emulsion-containing wastewater first carried out the oil trap demulsification reaction,and then entered the coagulation air flotation together with the release agent wastewater,the painting wastewater and grinding first entered the coagulation precipitation and then entered the air flotation,and then entered the Fenton oxidation reaction together with silane and electrophoretic cleaning water,and was discharged up to standard after high-efficiency medium filtration and carbon filtration.The design and treatment capacity of the project was 8 t/h,and the operating cost was 3.06 yuan/t of wastewater,which had good actual operation effect and good reference significance for similar projects.
