摘　　要：对加氢裂化反应器内壁堆焊层进行检验,发现第一冷氢盘下部第11、16带堆焊层上有70 mm×75 mm、60 mm×50 mm糊状焊接缺陷,打磨后呈网状裂纹。通过外壁超声检测、磁粉检测,堆焊层渗透检测、铁素体含量测定、硬度测定、化学成分分析,金相组织分析等检测方法分析裂纹成因,确定堆焊层奥氏体不锈钢中铁素体含量不足,氢聚集和热应力叠加是形成裂纹的主要原因。提出针对性返修工艺、日常操作建议,其结果为同类、同工艺设备运行提供参考。The surfacing layer on the inner wall of the hydrocracking reactor was tested.It was found that there were paste welding defects of 70 mm×75 mm and 60 mm×50 mm on the 11th and 16th strips of the lower part of the first cold hydrogen plate,which were network cracks after grinding.The causes of cracks were analyzed by ultrasonic testing,magnetic powder testing,penetration testing of surfacing layer,ferrite content determination,hardness determination,chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure analysis and other testing methods.It was determined that the ferrite content in austenitic stainless steel of surfacing layer was insufficient,and hydrogen accumulation and thermal stress superposition were the main causes of cracks.The targeted repair process and daily operation suggestions were put forward,and the results provided reference for the operation of similar and same process equipment.
