摘  要:对比焊头形式和焊接工艺对玻璃纤维增强PPS(聚苯硫醚)焊接强度的影响。结果表明,焊头形式采用上平下平得到的焊接强度最高;随着焊接压力从10 bar升高至50 bar,焊接强度先升高后降低;焊接深度从0.2 mm增加到0.6 mm,焊接强度逐渐升高,超过0.6 mm后,焊接强度几乎不再变化;振幅从0.6 mm增加到1.4 mm,焊接强度逐渐降低,最终确定焊接压力30 bar、焊接深度0.6 mm、振幅0.6 mm的上平下平的焊接工艺进行后续实验。The influence of welding head and welding process on the welding strength of glass fiber reinforced PPS materials was compared.The results indicated that the highest welding strength was achieved when using a flat welding head.As the welding pressure increased from 10 bar to 50 bar,the welding strength initially increased and then decreased.Increasing the welding depth from 0.2 mm to 0.6 mm resulted in a gradual increase in welding strength,which stabilized after reaching 0.6 mm.Increasing the amplitude from 0.6 mm to 1.4 mm led to a gradual decrease in welding strength.The flat welding process with a welding pressure of 30 bar,welding depth of 0.6 mm,and amplitude of 0.6 mm was chosen for experimentation.
