摘  要:精馏是生产过程当中能源消耗最大的单元操作方式。随着全国对于能源需求的不断增加,能源价格在不断地上升,在化工工业中,精馏系统节能的地位越发受到人们的关注。精馏过程进行节能有着无法替代的作用。在进行精馏过程当中,使用节能的方式就是平衡进料方式与回流比例,使得操作过程当中的冷凝器能进行高效精馏,通过利用热量以及相应的开发措施,能大大地推动高效换热器实现能源转换,发展节能技术。Distillation is the unit operation mode with the largest energy consumption in the production process.With the increasing demand for energy in the whole country,the energy price is constantly rising.In the chemical industry,the status of distillation system for energy saving is getting more and more attention.The distillation process has an irreplaceable role in energy-saving.In the process of distillation,the use of energy saving is to balance the ratio of feeding mode and reflux,so that the condenser in the operation process could be highly efficient distillation,through the use of heat and the corresponding development measures,it could greatly promote the efficient heat exchanger to achieve energy conversion,the development of energy saving technology.
