摘  要:海水机组凝汽器冷凝管内壁频繁出现结垢或生物附着会降低机组的换热效率及运行经济性,而现有解决方案对该问题的改善效果并不理想。针对该问题,研究并设计了一种凝汽器智能在线清洗机器人,通过实际清洗逻辑分析完成了总体方案的设计;借助清洗参数计算确定了清洗水压力、流量及管路的设计;考虑对海洋生物的杀灭作用完成了化学清洗部分的设计。为了提高该方案的实用性,开展了海水过滤和密封在线更换的实用性设计。该方案可有效提高并保持凝汽器冷凝管的洁净度,提升机组的换热效率及运行经济性。Frequent scaling or biological attachment on the inner wall of the condenser tube in seawater units can reduce the heat transfer efficiency and operational economy of the unit,and the existing solutions have not achieved satisfactory results in improving this problem.A condenser intelligent online cleaning robot was researched and designed to address this issue,and the overall plan was designed through actual cleaning logic analysis.The pressure,flow rate,and pipeline design of the cleaning water were determined through the calculation of cleaning parameters.The design of the chemical cleaning section has been completed considering the killing effect on marine organisms.In order to improve the practicality of this scheme,a practical design was carried out for seawater filtration and sealing online replacement.This scheme can effectively improve and maintain the cleanliness of the condenser condenser tubes,enhance the heat transfer efficiency and operational economy of the unit.
