摘  要:提出一种基于6A走行部故障监测子系统(ATDR)的车轮多边形故障诊断方法。首先,通过6A走行部故障监测子系统采集和诊断机车运行过程中的轴箱振动冲击信号。然后,基于地面软件展示车载诊断状态数据和报警结果,根据车轮多边形故障特征确定多边形故障阶次,并根据报警结果为车轮多边形故障镟修提供建议。最后,通过线路数据和轮对不圆度测试验证了该方法的有效性。结果表明,该方法可实现车轮多边形故障阶次诊断,且故障报警等级可有效支撑车轮多边形镟修。A wheel polygon fault diagnosis method based on the advanced truck defect diagnosis and record system(ATDR)is proposed in this paper.Firtly,the vibration and shock signal of axle box are collected and diagnosed by ATDR.Then the on-board diagnostic status and alarm results are displayed through the ground software,and the polygon order is determined according to the wheel polygon fault characteristics,furthermore the suggestion for wheel repair is proposed based on the alarm results.Finally,line test and wheel out-of-roundness test are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The results show that the method based on ATDR can diagnose the wheel polygon order effectively,and the fault alarm result can support the wheel polygon wheel repair effectively.
