摘 要:随着煤矿开采向深部发展,巷道控制已成为现代矿山持续发展的重要内容。为有效保护深部巷道免受动力灾害的影响,提出了基于聚能爆破切顶保护巷道的创新方法。通过理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验相结合,分析了基于聚能爆破切顶的巷道控制作用,其利用破碎扩展岩体支撑老顶断裂结构,降低了对留巷的影响;同时,顶板切割方式显著改善了应力环境,对巷道形成了有效保护。现场试验结果验证了基于聚能爆破切顶保护巷道创新方法的有效性,巷道收敛明显减小。With the development of deep coal mining,roadway control has become an important part of the sustainable development of modern mines.In order to effectively protect deep roadways from the impact of dynamic disasters,an innovative method based on energy gathering blasting for roof cutting protection of roadways has been proposed.By combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and field experiments,the control effect of roadway cutting based on energy gathering blasting was analyzed.It utilizes fragmented and expanded rock mass to support the old roof fracture structure,reducing the impact on the retained roadway.At the same time,the cutting method of the roof significantly improves the stress environment and effectively protects the roadway.The on-site test results have verified the effectiveness of the innovative method based on energy gathering blasting for roof protection of tunnels,and the convergence of the roadway was significantly reduced.
