摘 要:为进一步提升选煤厂煤泥分选质量与效率,以某选煤厂为例,介绍了一种选煤厂精磁尾分级脱泥工艺优化方案,提出了某选煤厂的基本情况及其精磁尾分级脱泥系统中存在的问题,以此为基础,分别从分级脱泥工艺与脱泥设备2个方面进行优化设计,提升选煤厂精磁尾分级脱泥系统性能和煤泥分选质量。结果显示,分级旋流器入料中的+0.25 mm粒级含量增加了43.99%,溢流中的+0.25 mm粒级含量增加了0.43%,底流中的-0.25 mm粒级含量减少了20.16%,表明煤泥分选质量显著提升,具有一定的应用价值。In order to further improve the quality and efficiency of coal slurry separation in a coal preparation plant,an optimization scheme for the fine magnetic tail classification and desliming process of a coal preparation plant is introduced as an example.The basic situation of the coal preparation plant and the problems existing in the fine magnetic tail classification and desliming system are proposed.Based on this,optimization design is carried out from two aspects:The classification and desliming process and equipment,to improve the performance of the fine magnetic tail classification and desliming system and the quality of coal slurry separation in the coal preparation plant.The results showed that the content of+0.25 mm particles in the feed of the classification cyclone increased by 43.99%,and the content of+0.25 mm particles in the overflow increased by 0.43%,the content of-0.25 mm particles in the bottom flow decreased by 20.16%,indicating a significant improvement in the quality of coal slurry separation and having certain application value.
