摘  要:清洁工段在电镀铬生产中起重要作用。开展了清洁工艺优化研究,通过采取将清洗速度提高至350 m/min、优化脱脂剂配方、增加磁过滤净化脱脂剂、优化碱洗电解电极板、采用增压提升泵及高压喷嘴全面覆盖强力冲刷钢板表面等措施,达到了良好的清洁效果。钢板表面油污去除率达95%,大幅增加了镀铬薄钢板的产量,使吨钢脱脂剂消耗量由0.59 kg减少到0.41 kg。The cleaning section plays an important role in chromium electroplating production.This paper conducted research on optimizing the cleaning process by accelerating the cleaning speed to 350 m/min,optimizing the degreasing agent formula,adding magnetic filtration to purify the degreasing agent,optimizing the alkaline washing of the electrolytic electrode plate,and using a booster lift pump and high-pressure nozzle to fully cover the strongly washed steel plate surface,in order to achieve good cleaning results.The removal rate of oil stains on the surface of steel plates has reached 95%,significantly increasing the production of chrome plated thin steel plates and reducing the consumption of degreaser per ton of steel from 0.59 kg to 0.41 kg.
