摘 要:矿井通风系统各风支风量不平衡会使得部分区域风流量偏低,导致瓦斯或有毒有害气体聚集,矿井深部通风不畅的问题。因而,通过提高通风系统开放度,增加主通风机数量并优化通风系统进、出风口位置,有效平衡网络各风支风量,同时保持风量平衡;对增加主通风机数量并优化进、出口位置的矿井进行仿真测验。结果表明,稳定性评价结果表示矩阵一致满意,通风量得到有效提高,工作面通风阻力从原本的2.511 kPa减小到1.940 kPa,符合风阻小于2 kPa的要求。The unbalanced air volume of each air branch in the mine ventilation system will make the wind flow in some areas low,resulting in gas or toxic and harmful gas accumulation,and the problem of deep ventilation in the mine.Therefore,by increasing the openness of the ventilation system,increasing the number of main fans and optimizing the position of the intake and outlet of the ventilation system,the air volume of each air branch in the network can be effectively balanced while maintaining the air volume balance.The simulation test is carried out for the mine with the increase of the number of main fans and the optimization of inlet and outlet positions.The results show that the stability evaluation results indicate that the matrix is satisfactory,the ventilation volume is effectively improved,and the ventilation resistance of the working face is reduced from the original 2.511 kPa to 1.940 kPa,meeting the requirement of the wind resistance being less than 2 kPa.
