摘　　要：就业创业教育中融入课程思政是提升医学生职业素养、医德医风的有效手段.调研显示,当前医专院校就业创业教育中融入了比较丰富的思政元素且融入方式多样化,取得了良好的立德树人效果.医专院校肩负着为祖国培养基层健康守门人的重任,在就业育人方面应做到价值塑造、医学知识传授和医术培养“三位一体”,应通过加强就业创业教育与课程思政理念融合的顶层设计,强化师资队伍协同思政育人的工作理念,持续优化就业创业教育与课程思政元素融合的育人方式等开展就业创业工作.Integrating the employment and entrepreneurship education with the teaching from the ideological and political perspective is an effective means to improve medical students professional quality and medical ethics.Questionnaire survey and interview showed that the current employment and entrepreneurship education in medical colleges had integrated a relatively rich ideological and political elements in diversified ways,and had achieved good results in moral education.Medical colleges shoulder the important responsibility of cultivating grassroots health gatekeepers for the motherland,and should achieve the“trinity”of value shaping,medical knowledge imparting and medical skill training,and carry out the work of employment and entrepreneurship education by strengthening the top-level design of the integration of employment and entrepreneurship education with the teaching from ideological and political perspective,strengthening the concept of collaborative ideological and political education of the teaching staff,and continuously optimizing the education method of integrating the employment and entrepreneurship education with the teaching from ideological and political perspective.
