摘　　要：泌乳性状是牛属动物的重要经济性状,也是其经济价值的体现,牛的泌乳性状不仅受环境等因素影响,还受基因调控。STAT5A基因作为泌乳性状候选基因,在乳腺发育、乳蛋白合成等方面发挥重要作用。该文对牛STAT5A基因的染色体定位、组织表达以及核苷酸多态性与泌乳性状的影响等方面相关研究进行阐述,旨在为牛属等哺乳动物的选种选育提供理论依据,为中国种质资源开发与利用提供技术支撑。Lactation traits are important economic traits and value of bovine,which are not only affected by environmental factors,but also regulated by genes.STAT5A gene,as a candidate gene for lactation traits,plays an important role in mammary gland development and milk protein synthesis.In this paper,the chromosome localization and tissue expression of bovine STAT5A gene as well as the influence of nucleotide polymorphism on lactation traits were reviewed,aiming to provide theoretical basis for breeding selection of mammals such as cattle and provide technical support for the development and utilization of germplasm resources in China.
